Notes
Initial aromas of orange lead on to marzipan notes, royal icing, honey and delicate floral hints. With time comes honeydew melon, nutmeg and butterscotch. A pleasantly dry finish of orange zest.

Lemon and orange barley sweets on the nose, which opens up to give cereal notes with the addition of water. Lemon barley again, on the palate, with pleasant honeysuckle and sweetness in the finish.

Salted milk chocolate, pecans drizzled in honey, baked apples with a dusting of icing sugar. A very engaging palate, it asks to be sipped again; light and sweet at first, with malty characters of butter pastry and enduring mouthfeel.

Dark chocolate and coffee mingle with oily smoked fish, cracked black pepper and lemon balm. On the palate more dark chocolate, smoky bacon, cloves, burnt toffee, an oily, briny texture and a tarry finish. Beach, bonfire, friends.
