Notes
Waves of smoky bacon and sticky glazed ham followed by dried fruits that give way to soft peat smoke. Rich, fruity and spicy on the palate with ginger loaf, fresh ripe cherries and sultanas. Hints of cloves, dark chocolate and a refreshing menthol note. Buttered brown toast, espresso and ashy peat smoke on the finish.

Dark chocolate and coffee mingle with oily smoked fish, cracked black pepper and lemon balm. On the palate more dark chocolate, smoky bacon, cloves, burnt toffee, an oily, briny texture and a tarry finish. Beach, bonfire, friends.
