Notes
Sugar-dusted doughnuts, ripe red apple and line-dried linen! The sweetness is ever present in the palate with a delicious, creamy finish of Paneangeli (Italian vanilla icing sugar!)

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.

Salty smoked kippers on buttery brown toast with freshly cracked black pepper and freshly squeezed orange juice with ground black coffee. Breakfast of champions! Notes of pine and soap. A hint of sweetness balances the smoke on the palate, and there’s plenty of pepper spice on the finish!
