Notes
Triple distilled Hazelburn follows suit from its Campbeltown cousins and takes a turn in maturing in tiny Kindlets and Kilderkins. The increased contact with oak can lead to the impression of a much older whisky!

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.

Coconut, buttered toast, resinous wood, dried apricot, sweet hay. Then more dried fruit, orange zest, honey, vanilla and a sappy green note to the finish.
