Notes
Lots of sweet notes of peach cobbler, marshmallow and white chocolate, with candied fruit and kumquat and gentle ginger spice on the nose. The palate brings strawberries and cream and vanilla, with a delicate balance between sweet and spice.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.
