Notes
Matured in the prestigious Quercus Alba from the Missouri Ozarks, this malt bursts with rich vanilla crème brulee, coconut and warming spices.
Distillery Note: From the tall peaks of the Missouri Ozarks to the sweeping grandeur of the Highlands of Scotland, Glenmorangie Astar (Scots Gaelic for “journey”) is the story of our quest to “design” the very best oak casks that will delivery perfection in the final whisky. First released in 2008, the single malts long-awaited return as a 2017 limited edition brings forth a newfound richness and complexity to its silken depths.

On the palate notes of nuttiness join the chocolate, nectar and citrus fruits. A dram that just keeps revealing layers, we defy you not to love this!
