Notes
A very elegant nose – lots going on but beautifully balanced. Baked apple, honey, lemon zest alongside slightly more poised notes of malt, almonds and cedar wood. The first thought upon sipping is the sumptuous mouthfeel – it coats the mouth with a lovely, silky texture and brings a graceful symphony of orange fruit, sweetness and spice, with a lasting finish.
