Elegant Victoria plum on the nose, with date and bramble preserve, waxed orange, rose honey and ginger-spiced dark chocolate. On the palate there is sultana and walnut cake laced with lemon, ginger and nutmeg, interwoven with the lingering finish of dark chocolate orange.
