Notes
Call me suggestable, but this just smacks of a cider shed. Apples in all their forms – fresh, candied, crushed, you name it – alongside some gentle woody spice and a touch of white pepper at the finish.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.

Blackened bananas, stewed greengage, cracked black pepper. An intriguing nose! Fresh citrus on the palate, with honey and delicate peat smoke, rolling around to more citrus and a touch of mint on the finish.

Peat and Hickory smoked bacon, with hints of rubber and smoked almonds. On the palate toffee apple, lemon balm and a squeeze of lemon, alongside the ever-present gentle woodsmoke.
