Notes
The smoke is light on the nose, giving the vanilla and white grape notes room to shine (it is almost like a smokey Burgundy). A slightly medicinal smoke really suits the waxy, salty palate – a banging, balanced dram.

Salted milk chocolate, pecans drizzled in honey, baked apples with a dusting of icing sugar. A very engaging palate, it asks to be sipped again; light and sweet at first, with malty characters of butter pastry and enduring mouthfeel.
