Notes
One of only 240 bottles from a Hogshead from the now closed Caperdonach distillery.
Zinging lemon and peach notes on the nose, along with mint and warm spice. Plenty of fruit on the palate with just a suggestion of ash and more spice on the finish.

Salted milk chocolate, pecans drizzled in honey, baked apples with a dusting of icing sugar. A very engaging palate, it asks to be sipped again; light and sweet at first, with malty characters of butter pastry and enduring mouthfeel.

Salty smoked kippers on buttery brown toast with freshly cracked black pepper and freshly squeezed orange juice with ground black coffee. Breakfast of champions! Notes of pine and soap. A hint of sweetness balances the smoke on the palate, and there’s plenty of pepper spice on the finish!
