Notes
One of only 203 bottles from a single cask of a now closed distillery.
Hot-buttered toast, sugar, spice and wood influences on the nose. More warm, cinnamon spice on the palate, balanced beautifully by vibrant tropical fruit and luscious vanilla, with treacle and grassy notes on the finish.

Vanilla sponge cake, light cinnamon spice and custard on the nose. Icing sugar on the palate, with continued gentle spice, and a growing woodiness, like fresh pencil shavings.
