Notes
A bacon buttie wi broon sauce! Smoke, salt, buttery roll, a bit of spice and zing. Vanilla sweetness hits the palate first, followed by a nice bit of black pepper, then the anticipated chimney smoke. Buttery toffee penny sweets roll around at the end, and it all ends in ash!

Salted milk chocolate, pecans drizzled in honey, baked apples with a dusting of icing sugar. A very engaging palate, it asks to be sipped again; light and sweet at first, with malty characters of butter pastry and enduring mouthfeel.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.
