Notes
Gently rising waves of deeply fruity sharpness on the nose; green apples and a hint of orange zest. Pear-drop sweetness and biscuity cereals sit against a distant backdrop of soft vanilla with a whiff of sea-salt; a vanilla sponge cake enjoyed on the beach. The palate is packed with notes of resinous liquorice; clear honey, pine resin, salt and lemon.

The nose kicks off like a walk through a summer garden, finished off with round of buttered granary toast with honey. The palate is big, the floral notes giving way to pears in syrup, some lightly charred oak and a touch of salt.

Salty smoked kippers on buttery brown toast with freshly cracked black pepper and freshly squeezed orange juice with ground black coffee. Breakfast of champions! Notes of pine and soap. A hint of sweetness balances the smoke on the palate, and there’s plenty of pepper spice on the finish!
