Notes
Molasses, chocolate and woody notes to start, with honey, butter pastry and red apple coming once it mellows. This is cask strength so the spirit can’t be denied, but it is balanced by warm treacle and spice.

Ashy smoke, confected cinnamon, uncooked smoked bacon a pleasant petrichor note. In the palate there is plenty more smoke and the huge, spicy sweetness of cinammon gobstoppers.
