Beautiful 27 year old single grain whisky from the now closed Cambus distillery.
Lemon barley and mature honey on the nose, with lovely nutty and wood elements. The palate brings more delicate honey, luscious cream, milk chocolate and just a hint of spice. Elegant tobacco, nut and bonbons on the finish.

Delicate honey with dried flowers on the nose, all tied up with a very pleasant, nostalic wave of malt extract. A sip takes you on a wee journey past honey, through little peaks of citrus, into a calm valley of malt. Citrus returns at the end to ask about your trip…

Salty smoked kippers on buttery brown toast with freshly cracked black pepper and freshly squeezed orange juice with ground black coffee. Breakfast of champions! Notes of pine and soap. A hint of sweetness balances the smoke on the palate, and there’s plenty of pepper spice on the finish!
