A single cask of peated Bunnahabhain, matured 15 years in a sherry butt and bottled in 2020 by Carn Mor. Natural cask strength and as complex as it sounds!
Stewed fruit, perfumed honey and just a touch of salted caramel on the nose. Creamy Milo and sweet high notes of fruit on the palate with a much more serious finish of old wood, pepper and cigar box.

Warm orange peel and light lemon sweets. On the palate this is still undoubtedly Ardbeg, although in a lighter guise. Tobacco leaf and sweet hay mix with honeyed notes … Continued

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.
