Notes
This is how Christmas should smell! Rum-soaked raisins, walnuts, candle wax, delicate nutmeg and cinnamon, clementine oil. Loads of citrus on the palate, with burnt toffee, coffee and nutmeg spice on the finish.

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.
