Notes
Vanilla sponge, orange zest and a touch of clove. In time the initial spirit mellows and hints of apple and pear peel come through. On the palate sour apple sweets give way to vanilla and gentle spice tingling.

Dark chocolate and coffee mingle with oily smoked fish, cracked black pepper and lemon balm. On the palate more dark chocolate, smoky bacon, cloves, burnt toffee, an oily, briny texture and a tarry finish. Beach, bonfire, friends.
