Notes
The nose reminds me of wintry porridge – oats and cream, brown sugar and a touch of nutmeg – while the palate is much more Dutch apple pie with pastry, sweet spice, rich apple and plump raisins all to the fore.

Noses a wee bit younger than you’ld expect from a 10 year, but the bright, complex spirit is full of baked pears, sherry richness, touches of ginger and white pepper and a pleasingly drying puff of smoke at the close.
