Notes
Dark amber in colour. Rich sherry aromas combine with brown sugar and a hint of citrus zest. Fragrant cooked apples lead to an edge of sweet, dark honey. The palate is smooth with milk chocolate and leathery richness, balanced by soft white pepper. Subtle oak notes develop, leading to a long and full, slightly drying finish of red berries and mild spice.
