Notes
Remarkable colour!
The sticky fruit and malty pastry of Fig Rolls, fresh orange, beeswax furniture polish. Our preference was with a drop of water: brown sugar, rich nuttiness, citrus notes and wood influence on the finish.

Delicate honey with dried flowers on the nose, all tied up with a very pleasant, nostalic wave of malt extract. A sip takes you on a wee journey past honey, through little peaks of citrus, into a calm valley of malt. Citrus returns at the end to ask about your trip…

Plenty of ripe pears, nectarines and peaches alongside a fair whack of cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is all crystalised fruits – ginger, orange peel and cherry, with the odd one perhaps dipped in chocolate.
