Notes
A wee daunder along the shore in your wellies, digging for fresh spoots and eating them by a makeshift, twiggy fire on the beach. Lemon drops and orange barley afterwards, just for fun…

Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.

Coconut, buttered toast, resinous wood, dried apricot, sweet hay. Then more dried fruit, orange zest, honey, vanilla and a sappy green note to the finish.
