Notes
The first thing that strikes you about this whisky is its colour: it is so light, a first clue at the delicate nature of the dram. Sweet vanilla up front, with light, fresh apple and runny honey. The palate is elegant, too, even though the peatsmoke begins to intensify. More vanilla throughout is balanced by a pleasantly long, white pepper finish.
