Peat and Hickory smoked bacon, with hints of rubber and smoked almonds. On the palate toffee apple, lemon balm and a squeeze of lemon, alongside the ever-present gentle woodsmoke.View ProductArdbeg DAY Committee Release70cl / 56.70% ABV£450.00
Bacon straight away, but that then fades and gives way to warm bonfire, sweet tobacco and just a note of rubber. With more time in the glass treacle, cereal and pleasant soapiness. The palate is lead by sweet fruit and honey, then peppery heat, and an oily, woodsmoke finish. A complex and evolving whisky.View ProductArdbeg Uigeadail70cl / 54.20% ABV£57.99
