The botanicals at the heart of this gin are orange peel and local barley that we smoked over pine wood. The addition of rowanberry that grows around our Fife distillery, coriander found in our cottage garden and a hint of exotic Lapsang Souchong tea, create an experimental gin that has a malty depth, is full of sweet citrus zest and delivers and intriguing smoky flavour.
