Love a TxakolÌ! It’s like a Basque summer evening in a glass! Nose: fresh green apples, warm jasmine and citrus. Palate: racy and bright! Lovely salinity, rain on stone and the classic TxakolÌ bitter effervescence at the finish. (I wanted to say sherbet fizz but bitter effervescence seemed more grown up!).
