Rich Sherry aromas laced with spices and treacle notes. The palate delivers a silky, sweet Sherry influenced dram – Christmas pudding, mulled fruits and charred oak combine.

Rich oak influences with subtle Sherry – reminiscent of rum and raisin toffees. On the palate, hints of dark chocolate initially, with a slight peppery edge and a smooth fruity finish.

Sweet cured meat aromas, which mingle with vanilla and apple. The palate is peppery with banana, mango and orange zest flavours, complemented by a lingering peat smoke edge.

Distilled in 1971, this rare expression has been matured in Sherry casks. Rich Shery influences initially with plum and raisin aromas – a hint of beeswax develops. The palate has orange marmalade, ripe banana and apple flavours which combine with a touch of oak.

Rich vanilla aromas combine with coconut and dried banana. Sweet flavours of poached pear complement orange peel and ripe green apple. A medium finish with charred oak and lingering tropical fruit.
