Toffee, currants, tones of rum-flambeed bananas and coffee notes on the nose. The palate is more toffee then rather a lot of cask influence – woody tones with cinnamon and cardomom on the finish.

Bursting with orange, milk chocolate, butterscotch, spice, buttery almonds, vanilla. Dive in.

Peach/Nectarine fruit, toffee, festive spices and oak. Herbal characters with spices galore of cinnamon, nutmeg a touch of cloves and vanilla. Peppery finish with warming butter, nutty notes and a tart fruitiness.

Fruity citrus notes, vanilla and a hint of lychee on the nose. Sweet, vanilla and lemon peel with a touch of creamed coconut on the palate.

Like chewing a penny toffee as you stand by the fish smoking hut at the harbour. A wonderfully waxy mouthfeel, reminds you of lanolin and fresh cracked walnuts.
