The nose kicks off like a walk through a summer garden, finished off with round of buttered granary toast with honey. The palate is big, the floral notes giving way to pears in syrup, some lightly charred oak and a touch of salt.

Cherry stones, fresh fennel and gentle smoke with a squeeze of lemon. Hints of vanilla on the palate with a rounded, woody finish.

This is like a dream breakfast: chunks of malty brown bread spread with golden honey, fresh pear and baked quince, all washed down with a mug of steamed milk!

Boozy vanilla sponge, zesty clementines and barley on the nose. A sip brings luscious heather honey with more citrus, and oak influences. A creamy texture but with a bit of spice on the finish.

Initially lots of salted butterscotch, then some banana sweets and Crunchy Nut Cornflake notes. Milk chocolate,some fruit and a buttery element to the palate, with just a touch of pepper in the finish.

Coastal and medicinal tones on the nose, with cracked black pepper, herbacious elements of tobacco and black tea, with wafts of smoke throughout. The first thing to strike you on the palate is the sweet sherry, then tar, hints of chilli flakes and enduring chimney smoke.

Shiny red toffee apple, freshly cut wood and gentle spice on the nose. Cinnamon spice at the fore, followed by milky oats and vanilla. A breakfast dram!
