The rich candied fruit, vanilla and cereal of Panettone, made into a rich bread and butter pudding with a scrape of orange marmalade. Joined by a dollop of cream on the palate, with nutmeg spice coming through on the finish.

Cocoa up front, followed by oak, candied fruit and caramel. The palate brings rich oak then toffee notes, with cocoa returning to a malty finish.

A very elegant nose – lots going on but beautifully balanced. Baked apple, honey, lemon zest alongside slightly more poised notes of malt, almonds and cedar wood. Toffee, currants, tones of rum-flambeed bananas and coffee notes on the nose. The palate is more toffee then rather a lot of cask influence – woody tones with cinnamon and cardomom on the finish.

Rich candied orange peel, fruit compote

Fresh cherries, coconut notes and rich, stewed plums dance alongside honey and just a whisper of smoke. Honey returns on the palate, with citrus tones, spice and dusty charcoal in the finish.

Yellow plums, burnt caramel, damp soil and chimney smoke on the nose. On the palate the peat continues, alongside mineral and fruit tones, with heavy hints of black pepper throughout.

Salty seabreeze at first, with light smoke and warming citrus notes following. On the palate there is delicately spiced stem ginger, balanced by vanilla elements, citrus, honey and a final, gentle smokiness.

Sweet notes of apple, warmed pastry and cinnamon. Baked apple, brown sugar, vanilla with spices of cinnamon and ginger. Drying finish but still has a note of vanilla sweetness throughout.
