Penny toffees, some salinity, gentle smoke and a floral note. Chimney smoke at once on the palate, followed by bitter marmalade, manuka honey, milk chocolate and pepper.

Crisp apple with sweet fragrant pear on the nose. The palate is creamy vanilla, creme brulee with toasted cedar wood and warming paprika. Long floral smoke on the finish, perfectly offset by notes of fresh fruit.
