Distillery note: Matured in the finest hand-selected ­first-­fill Oloroso sherry casks. Rich ginger and stewed fruit aromas followed by citrus, cinnamon, toffee and beeswax polish. The palate reveals intense Seville orange flavours with red apple and demerara sugar. Finishes with citrus zest and a touch of charred oak. Limited release of 1,047 bottles.
