Distillery Notes: Vanilla, dark chocolate, orange and cinnamon on the nose. The palate brings dark chocolate, candied citrus fruits, rich coffee, nutmeg and soft liquorice, with citrus fruits and rich molasses on the finish.

Sitting by the fire in a countryside tea room: lemon drizzle cake, sticky toffee pudding, apple tart and strong coffee, all by a smoldering fire. More of the same on the palate with lush orchard fruits joined by the more classic sherry notes of dried fruits, chocolate, spices and toffee, which endure into the finish.

Distillery Note:

Yamazaki is the first Japanese distillery established 1923. The distillery is situated in the vale of Yamazaki, an area of dense bamboo grooves at the foot of Mt. Tennozan outside Kyoto, Japan’s ancient capital and stronghold of traditional Japanese culture.

The spiced wood arrives first then dried cranberries with a lasting muddle of orange marmalade and honey sweetness.

Distiller's Note: Hints of spicy rye and tobacco on the nose, followed by caramel and honey, dark fruit and citrus notes. The palate emulates the same complex aroma with rye, tobacco, and honey. Oak and vanilla contribute to an extremely long and harmonious finish. The finest bourbon in the world comes from a single barrel. And it is never blended with whiskey from any other barrel. It is a costly, painstaking way to produce bourbon; only a master distiller can determine the exact moment the whiskey has extracted enough flavour from the wood. Thus he vigilantly monitors each barrel until it aged to perfection and is deemed worthy of the Blanton label. That is why our bottle carries no age statement. Just the hand-marked information you see here. That is why Blanton's is to bourbon what the finest single malts are to Scotch. Blanton's is available in limited quantities at select stores.

Notes of warm lemon and clementine, and a hint of heather. Beautiful, satin mouthfeel, vibrant fruit and vanilla, with warm spices and a touch of drying wood in the finish. Like a big cuddle!

Limited edition. Strictly one per customer. Distillery Note: Winter is here…. Snowed in at home, our Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill, began dreaming of this whisky. His goal was to capture the snug and magical feeling of sitting in front of the fireplace as snow blankets the world outside. In pursuit of rich, radiant taste and wintery aroma, he finished the 13-year-old single malt in Marsala wine casks from Sicily. The experience begins with light flurries of fruit and honey, building to torrents of cocoa dust, flakes of red pepper and chunks of brazil nut toffee. It culminates in a feels-like-forever finish that swirls with cinnamon, ginger and clove. Like the cosy comfort of a colourful winter jumper, this whisky’s bursts of bright, vivid flavour will delight your senses.

Dark chocolate and coffee mingle with oily smoked fish, cracked black pepper and lemon balm. On the palate more dark chocolate, smoky bacon, cloves, burnt toffee, an oily, briny texture and a tarry finish. Beach, bonfire, friends.

Matured in the prestigious Quercus Alba from the Missouri Ozarks, this malt bursts with rich vanilla crème brulee, coconut and warming spices. Distillery Note: From the tall peaks of the Missouri Ozarks to the sweeping grandeur of the Highlands of Scotland, Glenmorangie Astar (Scots Gaelic for "journey") is the story of our quest to "design" the very best oak casks that will delivery perfection in the final whisky. First released in 2008, the single malts long-awaited return as a 2017 limited edition brings forth a newfound richness and complexity to its silken depths.
