Bread and butter pudding with caramelised edges and plenty of cinnamon spice on the nose. The palate follows suit with buttered malt loaf, raisins and sherry notes. More dried fruit on the finish, with hints of salt water taffy.

A single cask (#13603613), yielding 298 bottles. Distilled in 2003 at Macallan Distillery and bottled in 2023 by Gordon & Macphail. Fragrant stewed fruit aromas with citrus peel. The palate is spicy with dark chocolate, dates and demerara sugar flavours. The finish lingers with raspberry and charred oak.
