Blossom honey, light poached pear, notes of honeysuckle and the gentlest touch of smoke. The palate brings more honey, soft fruit, vanilla, a little bit of oak spice. A gentle, elegant dram.

This is like a dream breakfast: chunks of malty brown bread spread with golden honey, fresh pear and baked quince, all washed down with a mug of steamed milk!

The PX and Oloroso casks play their parts well here with deep notes of Sherried sponge, raisin and walnut. Toffee apple and blackberry on the palate, balanced by leather and a hint of ginger and orange.

Chocolate chip cookies give way to banana and rum notes. Caramel on the palate with delicate smoky tones and a dry, ashy finish.

Too rare for us to open and taste but this should be fabulous!

Deep and rich nose, dominated by caramel, vanilla and oak with hints of allspice and burnt orange. The palate is warm, rich and slightly creamy; loads of butterscotch and baking spice with leather and a hint of tobacco. The finish ultra long and rich, warm and inviting.
