Barley sweets, creamy vanilla and malted biscuits. A great dram from the wee gem just up the road!

Briny, smoky and herbal characters leap from the glass….Initially a hit of sweetness (vanilla) then a wave of smoke, which leads on to spice and a lovely sugared almond note to the finish.

Creamy vanilla and light custard, with a dusting of nutmeg; like delicious Portugese natas! Warm vanilla on the palate, followed by a tinge of bitter lemon peel and a tingling of spice. Delicate and pleasing.

Tar, lovley ash and a very pleasing medicinal note, with seaweed throughout. Rain-wet slate on the palate, with more tar and, of course, peatsmoke. The finish is a pleasant tingling of black pepper and spice.

Seaweed, Kola Kubes, buttered malt loaf, orange juice concentrate and, of course, chimney smoke on the nose. On the palate you get sweet fruit, followed by plenty of cracked black pepper, then an oily, briny woodsmoke finish.

Sweet notes of toffee and white chocolate, with plenty of orange and nutty elements. More orange zest on the palate, with green hues and a woody finish.

Master Blender Angela D’Orazio has created a rich and intriguing 10 year old single malt. Whisky matured in Oloroso casks brings plenty of fruit, toffee and raisins while ex-bourbon and new American oak bring vanilla, oak and delicate sweetness. A complex and delicious dram.

Unripe banana, woody herbs, resinous and cedar notes on the nose. Delicate barley sugar on the palate, with a pleasing sappy quality and creamed coffee on the finish.

Rich creme brulee, orange oil and kumquat. More vanilla custard on the palate, with a dusting of nutmeg and a delicate white pepper finish.
